摘要
针对塔河油田涌漏复杂井测井作业难点,从测井施工前井筒准备、仪器串组合与性能检测、有针对性的施工措施、测井井控工艺、存储式测井工艺五方面进行研究,形成了较为完善的涌漏复杂井测井工艺和配套施工方案。测井作业期间,测井队与钻井队应紧密配合,做好液面动态监测,发现异常情况及时汇报,以便采取正确措施;如发生溢流、井涌,要严格按照应急预案进行操作,正确使用测井电缆防喷短节。涌漏复杂井测井前,需要钻井队将井况处理好,保证充足的稳定时间,如不能满足常规测井要求,可以考虑改用存储式测井工艺进行测井。积极引进和研发新型的复杂井测井工具和工艺,可以增强复杂井测井施工的能力,能够适应井况不好的井,降低施工风险。应用以上测井工艺和配套施工方案,先后完成了近80井次的涌漏复杂井测井施工任务,取全、取准了各项测井资料。
In view of the logging operation difficulties in the complex leakage wells of Tahe oilfield,five techniques are studied on borehole preparation before the logging operation,tool string combination and performance testing,corresponding construction measures,logging well control technology and the storage type logging.And then a more perfect logging technology and a complete set of construction scheme fore the complex leakage wells are formed.During the logging operation,logging team and drilling team should cooperate with each other closely and make dynamic level monitoring.If some extraordinary case is found,it should be reported in time so as to take correct measures ,for example ,when over flow or well kick occurs,shooting nippie assembly on the logging cable should be used correctly according to the emergency plan strictly.The drilling team should make well condition well so as to ensure enough stable time before the complex leakage logging and memory based logging may be applied if it couldn't meet the demands of conventional log.Positive introduction and development of new-type tool and technology for the complex well logging may strength en the capability of the operation and fit the wells with poor well condition to reduce the risk.Nearly 80 logging tasks have been carried out,and all accurate log informations are gained .
