摘要
根据目前快速发展的LNG船船员的技术培训需求,开发设计LNG船舶货物操作仿真器,介绍仿真对象的选择和货物操作过程,给出营运模式下仿真系统的架构、子界面的设计思路、系统数值仿真计算方法与流程。在此基础上,给出船舶在出坞、进坞过程中货舱操作演示、训练和评估模块的设计方法与思路,并介绍控制台中软件、硬件的通信解决方法和超多屏显示技术的实现。通过总结可知,该仿真器功能齐全、界面逼真、仿真响应快,且具有传统船用仿真器无法实现的同时对多个系统与设备进行监控和操作的优点。
The cargo handling simulator of the LNG carrier is designed to satisfy the rapid growing demands for LNG crew training. The complex operation process of the cargo handling is introduced and the process of determining simulation ob- jects is described. The framework of the simulation system in the operating mode, the design ideas of the human machine interfaces, the math model and the calculation methods and processe flow are given. The design of the modules for docking and undocking operation demonstration, training and evaluation are explained. The communication methods of software and hardware, and the super multi-screen display technology are presented. The system is able to simulate several systems sim- ultaneously and has the advantages such as multi-functions, realistic operation interface and fast response.
