摘要 成簇的规律间隔的短回文重复序列(clustered regularly interspacedshort palindromic repeat,CRISPR)为原核生物构建了一种抵御外源DNA侵扰的防御机制,近年来成为国内外细菌研究者们的研究热点。在介绍CRISPR系统的研究历史、分布分类、结构特征的基础上,对其作用机制以及应用前景方面进行了综述。 Clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats (CRISPR), which provides effective resistance against foreign nucleic-acid elements has become a hot spot in the research of bacteriologists both at home and abroad. On the basis of introducing the research history, distribution clsssification,structure and characteristics,the mechanism and application prospects of CRISPR-system were reviewed.
