摘要
在日本学生参加 PISA 的十余年间,PISA 在日本的教育改革中发挥了重要的作用。它不仅推动了日本教育政策的调整,而且也影响了日本的义务教育的结构性改革。不过,日本政府在解读和利用 PISA的过程中,仍然出现了不少问题。例如,日本政府过于注重成绩排名,忽略学力分化和校际差距。这些都体现出日本的“新自由主义”教育改革并未出现根本性的调整。
The PISA has played an important role in Japanese educational reform since its application a decade ago.Not only has it promoted the policy adjustment on education,but also influenced the structural reform on compulsory education.However,there are still lots of problems when the Japa-nese government explains and uses the PISA.For example,the government places too much impor-tance on the performance ranking with the negligence of the differences on learning capacity and schooling quality.This shows that no fundamental adjustment has occurred during the “neo-liberal-ism”educational reform in Japan.
