摘要
针对目前LED驱动电源存在有效功率低、效率转换差方面的问题,研究采用LLC谐振变换器以提高转换效率。分析了半桥LLC谐振变换器的工作过程,通过工作原理过程分析,推导出了励磁电感最大效率转换公式。按照参数流程图,设计了变压器变比、谐振电容、谐振电感、励磁电感等参数,设计了一款240 W LED驱动电源,利用Matlab仿真工具搭建了LLC谐振变换器仿真模型,进行了参数验证,仿真结果验证了该设计计算方法的有效性。
Because the LED drive power Low and conversion efficiency poor areas,found the LLC resonant converter found can solve this problem. Through the analysis on the working principle,and the resonant point formula was deduced and analyzed,the magnetizing inductance maximum efficiency conversion formula. Construct the structure of LLC resonant converter. According to the parameters of the design flow chartfurther optimization of the design parameters to designed a drive power of 240 W LED,using Matlab simulation software,optimized the parameters. The simulation waveform,fully verified the practical feasibility and method.
