摘要
在可吸收缝合线的制备工艺中,为了保证缝合线线径均匀,提高生产效率,设计了可吸收缝合线线径的在线检测系统。系统由光学成像模块、基于CPLD的线阵CCD驱动模块、高速A/D数据采集和DSP数字信号处理模块组成。实现了非接触式测量,线阵CCD信号的输出、数据采集与数据处理过程同步,采样频率为1 MHz。实验证明:该检测系统的响应时间为3 ms,实时性好,可靠性高,在检测范围0.002~4 mm内的测量精度为5μm。
In the producing process of absorbable suture,in order to ensure uniformity of suture diameter and improve production efficiency,online detection system of absorbable suture diameter is designed.This system consists of optical imaging module,the CPLD-driving module for linear CCD,high-speed A/D data acquisition and DSP digital signal processing module.It achieves non-contact measurement,and synchronizes the CCD signal output,data acquisition and data processing.The sampling frequency is 1 MHz.The experiments show that the response time of online measurement system is 3 ms,the system has good real-time performance and high reliability,its accuracy reaches 5μm in range of 0.002 to 5 mm.
