摘要
氧化铝陶瓷摩擦盘的烧结成瓷过程及其产品的密度与其粉料粒度大小及辅料成分有很大的依赖关系,摩擦盘的密度及强度随着粉料粒度降低而上升。本文自行设计了一种利用球磨时间调节氧化铝粉料颗粒大小和粒径分布的试验方法,对氧化铝粉料进行了不同时间的球磨,烧结出两种氧化铝含量及粉料粒度不相同的摩擦盘。比较产品硬度和密度,结合电镜分析,结果表明,长时间的球磨不仅能降低氧化铝粉体颗粒的平均粒径,也使粒径分布更加集中。在平均粒径为1μm时烧结出的摩擦盘未得到理想密度,平均粒径为0.7μm时得到很好的烧结效果。
The sintering process and its density of alumina ceramic friction disc rely on its powder particle size and composition of auxiliary materials.The density and strength of friction disc are increased with the decreasing of powder particle size. A test method of using ball-milling time adjust the alumina powder material particle size and size distribution is designed,the ball-minlling alumina powder material is carried out with different time to sinter two friction discs with different alumina content and different powder material particle size. By comparing the product hardness and density,using sem analysis,the results show that the ball-milling for a long time can reduce the average particles size,and the particle size distribution is more concentrated. The average particle size of 1 μm sintering into friction disc can not obtain the ideal density,and the average particle size of 0.7 μm has a good effect of sintering.
