摘要
目的 调查断指再植术后患者的舒适状况。方法 采用方便抽样法选择2013年1~12月某医院手外科中心182例断指再植术后患者,采用自制一般情况调查表及根据Kolcaba简化舒适状况量表修订的断指再植术后舒适量表对其进行调查,比较一般情况不同的患者舒适状况。结果 本组断指再植术后患者的舒适状况整体平均为（65.86±9.63）分,属于中低度舒适水平,生理维度舒适状况最差（条目平均分1.98±0.37）,其次是社会维度（条目平均分2.35±0.72）和心理维度（条目平均分2.53±0.46）,而环境维度舒适状况相对较好（条目平均分3.02±0.29）。医疗付费方式、再植指数量、伤情性质、家庭人均月收入及年龄不同的患者各维度舒适得分及舒适总分差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 断指再植术后患者的舒适状况为中低度舒适,应采取有效措施,减轻患者生理不适,注重有效沟通,给予针对性心理护理,改善患者舒适状况。
Objective To investigate the comfort status and influencing factors of postoperative patients after digital replantation. Methods From January to December 2013,182 patients undergoing digital replantation in a hospital were selected by convenience sampling to receive an evaluation on their conffort status with a comfort scale of digital replantation patients revised according to the simplified Kolcaba Comfort Status Scale. The influencing factors were analyzed accordingly. Results The overall comfort status of digital replantation patients was on low and middle level,and the mean score was 65.86±9.63. The comfort status of physical domain was in the worst condition（1.98±0.37） ,which was followed by those of social（1.98±0.37） and psychological（2.53±0.46） areas. The comfort status of environment was in relatively good condition（3.02±0.29）. Patients＇ comfort statuses were different while their medical payment method,number of replantation fingers,injury natures,family income and ages were different （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Clinical nurses should pay attention to the physical discomfort of postoperative patients after digital replantation. Effective measures should be taken to improve the comfort status of digital replanration patients.
