The Establishment of International Financial Center and the Financial Reform of Free Trade Zone in Shanghai

摘要通过梳理主要国际金融中心发展的历史,寻找影响国际金融中心兴衰变迁的原因,并结合上海国际金融中心的竞争力分析,研究上海国际金融中心建设的条件、障碍与路径选择。自贸区金融改革是上海国际金融中心建设的重要契机,一些改革措施已经初见成效并形成了可复制的经验,文章提出了有待进一步推进的政策研究和理论研究,探讨自贸区金改与金融中心建设的联动机制。 This paper reviews the development history of international financial centers, finds out the influencing factors for the development of international financial centers, and analyzes the competitiveness, condition, obstacle and path selection of Shanghai as an international financial center. It argues that the financial reform of free trade zone is an important opportunity for the establishment of international financial center in Shanghai. It puts forward theoretical and policy research directions for the further promotion of the financial reform, and studies the joint-action mechanism between the financial reform of free trade zone and the establishment of international financial center in Shanghai.
