摘要
学校教育是一个有序的开放的合作系统,教师与学生是学校教育系统中最为活跃的两大因素。需要是教师与学生合作的基点,信任是教师与学生合作的前提,平衡是教师与学生合作的关键,共赢是教师与学生合作的目标。师生通过以需要为基点、以信任为前提、以平衡为关键的协商性共生合作,实现师生自我成长的共赢目标。建构学校教育师生协商性共生合作平衡机制模型,有利于构建和谐师生关系,促进师生共同成长。
School education is an orderly and open cooperative system with teachers and students being the two most active factors in the system. The demand is the fundamental point of the cooperation between teachers and students, trust is the premise of the cooperation, and balance is the key point of the cooperation, while win -win is the object of the cooperation. Both teachers and students should take demand as the fundamental point, trust as the premise, and balance as the key point to conduct negotiable coexistence cooperation and realize the win -win object that both teachers and students are in development. The establishment of negotiable coexistent and cooperative balance mechanism model be- tween teachers and students in school education system is beneficial for building harmonious relationship between teach- ers and students and prompting the co -development between teachers and students.
