少齿数大速比准双曲面齿轮的三维仿真与试验 被引量:6

摘要 给出了少齿数大速比准双曲面齿轮几何设计的限制条件,据此设计了一对4∶41大速比的准双曲面齿轮。利用成形法大轮包络展成小轮齿面的原理,建立了大小轮的加工坐标系,推导出了大轮、小轮的齿面方程。利用MATLAB和UG软件对所设计的4∶41齿数比准双曲面齿轮齿轮进行了三维仿真。最后进行了切齿实验,验证了所提出的少齿数大速比准双曲面齿轮的可行性。 The geometrical constraints of hypoid gear with few teeth and large speed ratio is presented,then the design of a pair of hypoid gear with the speed ratio 4 to 41 is designed. Based on the theory of the tooth surface enveloping,the generating coordinate systems of the hypoid gear is established,the tooth surface equation of the gear pair are obtained. The three- dimensional simulation of that hypoid gear are carried out by using MATLAB and UG. Finally,the gear cutting experiment result shows that the proposed hypoid gear with few tooth and large speed ratio is feasibility.
