摘要
交流电动机变频调速技术,是近几十年来迅猛发展起来的电力拖动先进技术,应用领域十分广泛。作为高能耗施工场所的冻结站,用电在整个冻结工程各项成本中,所占的比例最高,是节能的重点所在。阐述了变频技术在冻结工程中应用的必要性和对节能增效的重要意义,扼要介绍了杨村煤矿风井冻结站变频技术应用情况和所取得的经济效益。
AC motor frequency control of motor speed technology is a rapidly developed electric driving advance technology in recent decades and the application fields are very wide. As a freezing station of a high energy consumption construction site,an utilization of the electric power in each item cost of the whole ground freezing project would take a max percentage and would be a key point of energy saving. The paper stated the necessity of the frequency conversion technology applied to the ground freezing project and the important significances to the energy saving and increased efficiency and briefly in- troduced the application condition of the frequency conversion technology to the freezing station of the mine ventilation shaft in Yangcun Mine and the economic benefits obtained.
