摘要
为实现熔断器在生产线上的高速自动化检测,将PLC和智能仪表应用在熔断器检测装置上,设计了一种熔断器智能检测系统,并介绍了该系统的总体框架和工作原理。阐述了熔断器检测装置的硬件和人机界面设计,并通过采用PLC自由口通讯模式,实现了PLC与智能仪表之间的高速、可靠的数据通信,实现了对熔断器的自动化检测,大大提高了生产率和自动化程度。经过1年多的现场实际应用证明本系统运行可靠稳定、集成度高。
A fuse intelligent detection system is developed by using PLC and intelligent instrument to implement high-speed and automatic detection in fuse detection device.This paper introduces the overall framework and working principle of the system.The hardware design and HMI design are described in detail.Through adopting serial communication,the high-speed and reliable data communication between programmable logic controller and intelligent instrument is achieved,and the fuse can be detected automatically.The device can greatly improve the productivity and automation.Actual application proved that the system is safe,stable and holds high integration.
