摘要 面对激烈的市场竞争,建筑工程项目逐渐以大型、复杂和群组的形态出现,企业需要同时建设多个项目,但由于不同子项目会在关键资源的利用上存在各种关联与冲突,导致资源约束条件下的进度安排较为复杂。结合建设工程项目群进度管理理论和系统动力学方法,通过CCPM对项目群进行资源配置,基于系统动力学建立项目群SD模型;并利用情景分析将外界扰动因子纳入到模型中,进而对其进度进行模拟仿真;最终得出总体的资源配置和进度计划的设计方案,对资源约束条件下的项目群进度管理有一定的借鉴意义。 Faced with the fierce market competition, construction projects become larger, more complex and appear in groups. Companies need to build multiple projects simultaneously. However, different subprojects will conflict with each other in the use of key resources, resulting in resource-constrained schedule more complex. Combined the schedule management theories of construction project group and the method of system dynamics, this article allocates the resources through CCPM and establishes the system dynamics models of the project group, then uses the scenario analysis to put the external perturbation factors into the model and simulate its progress, finally designs the plan of the overall resource allocation and scheduling. It has some significance for managing the schedule of resource-constrained project group.
