低温柴油吸收工艺在高温油品储罐罐顶废气净化中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 采用罐区减排措施和低温馏分油吸收一脱硫工艺处理高温油品罐罐顶废气,在处理气量43.0~384.5m3/h,柴油流量10~20m3/h,吸收柴油温度10~15℃条件下,废气经过净化后,硫化氢和有机硫化物去除率大于97.2%,净化气体非甲烷总烃浓度小于8.35g/m3,均低于GB20950-2007《储油库大气污染物排放标准》和GB16297—1996《大气污染物综合排放标准》中相关污染物的限值。 Tank field emission reduction measures and low-temperature distillate oil absorption namely the desulphurization process are adopted to deal with the exhaust gas on the top of high-temperature oils storage tank. When the disposed gas quantity is 43.0 - 384.5 m3/h and the diesel flow quantity is 10 - 20 m3/h and the temperature of absorbed diesel is 10- 15℃, the removal rate of sulfurlted hydrogen and organic sulfide is larger than 97.2% and NMHC concentration of cleaned gas is smaller than 8.35 g/m3 after purification of the exhaust gas, which is generally lower than the limiting value of relevant contaminants in GB20950-2007 "Air Pollutant Release Standard for Oil Storage Depot" and GB 16297-1996 "Comprehensive Emission Standard for Air Pollutants".
