超声角膜测厚仪与眼前节分析仪在飞秒激光辅助的角膜移植术后测量角膜中央厚度的对比研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨在飞秒激光辅助的角膜移植术后,使用眼前节分析仪(Pentacam)和超声角膜测厚仪测量角膜中央厚度(CCT)的差异。方法采用Pentacam和超声角膜测厚仪,分别测量飞秒激光辅助的角膜移植术后患者18例(18眼)的CCT,并对测量结果进行统计分析。结果 Pentacam和超声角膜测厚仪测得的CCT平均值分别为(654.7±121.0)m、(649.3±127.2)m,两者差异无统计学意义(>0.05);两种测量方法的数据成正相关(=0.928,<0.05),提示Pentacam和超声角膜测厚仪的测量值的一致性较好。结论在飞秒激光辅助的角膜移植术后,使用Pentacam和超声角膜测厚仪测量CCT的一致性较好,而Pentacam具有不可比拟的技术优势,更适宜作为术后长期随访的检测工具。
