摘要
从业人员的安全能力与岗位要求相匹配对预控事故非常重要,而目前缺乏较为全面评估个体安全能力的方法,为此,结合实验测量法和量表自测法,构建出从业人员安全能力各指标要素的测试方法并完成实验;统计分析各安全能力指标的实验数据,拟合出各要素的数学函数,并建立数据库;设计开发出从业人员安全能力的评估系统,结合样本人员,完成该实验系统的展示。研究成果可用于区别不同安全能力的员工,为不同职业岗位甄选提供了支持。
Safety competency of employees and the match of job requirements are very important for preventing the accident. However, presently it still lacks methods to evaluate safety competency completely. Aim to this problem, the objectives of this paper are Combine experimental measurements and scale self-test method, build testing method of safety competency indicator elements and complete the experiment. Statistical analysis of experimental data of each safety competency indicator, fitting a math function of each element, and establishing a database;Design and develop a system for evaluating the safety competency of employees, combined with the sample, and complete the display of the experimental system. Research results can be used to distinguish the different between safety competency of employees, and provide further support to select different professional positions.
