加工番茄品质性状的鉴定指标和筛选方法 被引量:3

摘要 确定加工番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill)果实特殊性状的鉴定指标,为筛选具有较好特殊性状番茄品种的亲本种质资源提供决策支持。通过2012年新疆吉木萨尔县庆阳湖乡试验田的22种(系)加工番茄的品比试验,分析、测定了17项农艺性状,依据灰色育种理论,采用目标性状灰色关联分析法对加工番茄的产量性状、营养性状、风味品质、加工贮运品质这4个特殊目标性状进行分析。结果表明,可溶性固形物含量与其他农艺性状的关联序为平均分枝数>横径>平均产量>纵径>果形指数=生育期>总酸含量>色差>平均幅宽>单果重>糖酸比>平均株高>总糖含量>番茄红素含量>病毒病抗性>单果耐压力;番茄红素含量与其他农艺性状的关联序为平均株高>总糖含量>平均幅宽>总酸含量>色差>生育期>糖酸比>单果重>平均产量>平均分枝数>果形指数>横径>纵径>病毒病抗性>可溶性固形物含量>单果耐压力;糖酸比与其他农艺性状的关联序为总糖含量>平均幅宽>单果重>色差>生育期>平均株高>果形指数>纵径>平均产量>横径>总酸含量>番茄红素含量>平均分枝数>可溶性固形物含量>病毒病抗性>单果耐压力;单果耐压力与其他农艺性状的关联序为番茄红素含量>平均株高>病毒病抗性>总糖含量>糖酸比>平均幅宽>色差>生育期>总酸含量>单果重>平均产量>果形指数>纵径>平均分枝数>横径>可溶性固形物含量。在选育特殊性状(高产、营养佳、良好风味、耐贮运)的加工番茄品种时,应高度关注与这些特殊性状(可溶性固形物含量、番茄红素含量、糖酸比、单果耐压力)关联度大的农艺性状,并兼顾关联度低的其他农艺性状是否满足选种要求。 The identification indexes of quality traits of processing tomato fruit in Xinjiang provide decision support to screen the parental germplasm resources of tomato varieties with better quality traits. Qualities of the can 22 (Department) processing tomato products were comparied in field of Qingyang lake village in Jimsar county of Xinjiang in 2012,17 agronomic traits were determined. Based on the gray breeding theory, the target traits gray relational analysis was used to analyze tomato's yield, nutritional quality, flavor quality, the quality of storage and transportation of the four special target traits. The results showed that the associated sequence of the content of soluble solid and other agronomic traits was the average number of branches〉 transverse diameter〉 average yield 〉longitudinal diameter〉 fruit shape index = growth period 〉the content of total acid 〉 chromatic aberration〉 average width〉 the weight of single fruit〉 mass ratio of sugar to acid〉the average plant height〉 the content of total sugar 〉 the content of lycopene〉 virus resistance〉 compression resistance of single fruit. The associated sequence of sugar acid ratio and other agronomic traits was the content of total sugar〉 average width〉 fruit weight〉 chromatic aberration 〉 growth period〉 average plant height〉 fruit shape index〉 longitudinal diameter〉 average yield〉 transverse diameter〉 the content of total acid〉 the content of lycopene〉 average number of branches〉the content of soluble solids〉virus resistance〉compression resistance of single fruit. The associated sequence of compression resistance of single fruit and other agronomic traits was the content of lycopene〉average height〉virus resistance〉the content of total sugar〉mass ratio of sugar to acid〉average width〉chromatic aberration〉growth period〉the content of total acid〉fruit weight〉average yield〉fruit shape index〉longitudinal diameter〉average number of branches〉 transverse diameter〉the content of soluble solid. The agronomic traits highly associated with the special agronomic traits (the content of soluble solid, the content of lycopene, mass ratio of sugar to acid, compression resistance of single fruit) of processing tomato varieties with high yield, good nutrition, good flavor, resistant storage should be highly concerned. Other agronomic traits lowly associated with traits met the selection requirements should be concerned as well.
