摘要
基于东长峪隧道改扩建工程,研究了在不同临空面条件下改扩建隧道的爆破开挖技术。选取拱顶空洞段为典型断面,对其光面爆破参数进行了合理设计,同时在既有隧道拱底两侧(掌子面前方)布置测点进行振动监测,分析了既有隧道内爆破振动波的特点及其传播规律,为隧道爆破参数的优化和空洞区支护方式的选取提供了依据,研究结果可为类似隧道工程施工提供参考。
Based on the reconstruction and extension project of Dong Chang-yu tunnel, the tunnel blasting technique on the condition of multi-free face was studied. The cavity collapse segment was selected as the typical cross-section and the smooth blasting parameters were designed resonabty. Characteristics and propagation laws of blasting vibration wave in the existing tunnel were analyzed by means of monitoring the blasting vibration features on both sides of the existing tunnel arch bottom(before the tunnel face), thus provided a basis for adjusting the blasting parameters dynamically and selecting the proper support pattern for the cavity collapse segment. This successful blasting experience could provide a reference for the blasting operation in the similar renovation and expansion project of tunnel.
