摘要
针对大跨度汽轮机转子在运行中转子挠曲变化引起轴颈油膜振荡的问题,笔者建立了线支撑四瓦块可倾瓦滑动轴承油膜模型,分析了汽轮机运行中转子挠曲变化对线支撑可倾瓦轴承油膜特性的影响,得到了挠曲变化下油膜温度和油膜压力的变化规律。通过数值模拟计算,结果表明,随着汽轮机轴挠曲转角的逐渐增大,轴承油膜压力极值向轴颈内侧偏移,使油膜温度分布不均匀,造成油膜破裂,影响汽轮机组安全经济运行。
Aiming at the journal oil film oscillation caused by rotor deflection during the running of large-span steam turbine rotor, the author establishes oil film model of tilting-pad bearing, analyzes the influence of rotor deflection on oil film characteristics, and works out the change law of oil film temperature and pressure under deflection. Through the numerical simulation, the result shows that the extreme value of bearing oil film pressure migrates to the inner side of journal with the increase of deflection angle, which leads to oil film temperature unevenly dis- tributes so as to influence the safe and stable operation of turbine unit.
