摘要
以湘南学院、郴州职业技术学院在校大学生为调查对象。采用问卷调查法、数理统计法、文献资料法进行分析和研究。结果表明:不同气质类型的大学生参加闲暇体育活动的项目选择有所不同;大学生气质类型以多血质为主,其次是粘液质,再次是胆汁质,最后是抑郁质;大学生的自主时间越来越多,闲暇体育已逐步成为大学生闲暇时间的必然选择。
Students of Xiangnan University and Chenzhou Vocational College were investigated and studied by way of questionnaire,mathematical statistics method and literature consultation.The results indicated that students of different temperament choose different leisure sports.Most of the college students have sanguine temperament.Second position is occupied by those who with lymphatict temperament.The third is choleric temperament and the last one is melancholic temperament.Now college students have more and more free time and leisure sports will be their inevitable choice.
