摘要
基于虚拟样机技术建立EBZ260掘进机截割部联接套筒三维模型,并对联接筒自由模态进行了计算分析,得出1 200 Hz内共有5阶模态。采用多点激励单点响应法对EBZ260掘进机截割部联接筒进行了模态试验,获得了0~1 200 Hz频率范围内的联接筒模态参数。模态试验结果和有限元计算结果对比分析表明,有限元计算结果较好地反映了联接筒的固有振动特性。
According to virtual prototyping,the 3D model of cutting portion connecting cylinder of EBZ260 boring machine was built,and free model of connecting cylinder was calculated. The results show that there are five rank models from 0 to 1 200 Hz. By frequency-domain modal parameter extraction,the modal experiment was performed on cutting portion connecting cylinder of EBZ260 boring machine,and the modal parameters of connecting cylinder from 0 to 1 200 Hz were obtained.Modal test results and comparative analysis of finite element results show that the finite element results better reflect the natural vibration characteristics of the coupling tube.
