摘要
为了解决现有的GM-3摩擦衬垫压制模具生产效率低、成品难以脱模等问题,基于对GM-3摩擦衬垫的成型工艺的分析,设计了一款新型的四膜腔整体式模具,介绍了模具成型流程和产品顶出模式,并探讨了该型模具设计和构建加工中的部分关键性问题。测试表明:新型GM-3摩擦衬垫压制模具结构简单、性能稳定、经济性好。
In view of solving the disadvantages of current GM-3 friction liner pressing mould, such as low efficiency, the finished product is difficult to stripping, etc. A new type of four integral membrane cavity mould has been designed based on the analysis of GM-3 friction liner molding technology. In this paper, the molding process and design of the product ejection pattern are introduced, and some key problems of mould design and parts processing have been discussed.
