Generation of MBD Rough Model for Cast-then-machined Parts

摘要 以铸造毛坯模型为研究对象,在研究了MBD毛坯模型的组成要素与模型要求的基础上,通过特征识别技术,对MBD零件模型进行转化相关的预处理,根据工艺知识库相关铸造毛坯知识对预处理模型的相关特征进行抑制和补偿,更新制造标注,最后达到零件模型自动向MBD毛坯模型转化的目的。 To casting rough model as an object for the study, on the basis of study on the model requirements and the component of the rough model of MBD, through feature recognition technology,Preprocessing the MBD model, then according to Process-Knowledge relevant knowledge of the casting rough model, inhibit and compensate the relevant characteristics of the were pretreated, updated manufacturing label, and finally achieve the purpose of the part model is automatically converted to the MBD rough model.
