摘要
主要针对采煤机滚筒截割比能耗问题,以某型采煤机为例,利用UG三维CAD软件和ANSYS/LS-DYNA对滚筒截齿的截线距和进行了模拟分析,得到了在不同切削厚度工况下镐形截齿承受的截割力、一定时间内截煤总体积、滚筒所受截割扭矩以及截割比能耗等,根据所得数据分析可得截线距和截割比值以及采煤机截煤效率之间的关系,对优化采煤机设计具有一定的现实意义。
In order to search for reasonable transversal distance and cutting thickness for shearer roller cutting picks and to reduce the specific energy consumption, it takes a type of shearer roller as research subject. Using UG to build three roller models with different transversal distances to simulate process of shearer roller cutting coal wall of two different cutting thicknesses by ANSYS/LS-DYNA, the study achieves the picks cutting force, the total volume of dropping coal in special time, the torque of shearer roller and the specific energy consumption. It analyzes the relationship between the ratio of transversal distance and cutting thickness and cutting efficiency. The results show the specific energy consumption can reach a minimum when the ratio of transversal distance & cutting thickness is about 2. It has a certain reference value to the optimal matching of the transversal distance.
