摘要
目的了解漳州市铅作业工人健康状况,为采取有效的保护措施提供依据。方法对3个蓄电池厂263名铅作业工人及112名管理和后勤人员进行职业健康检查,并对作业场所空气中铅浓度进行了监测。结果车间空气中铅浓度,共监测43个点,22个点超标,其中熔铅车间铅烟最高浓度达2.89 mg/m3,超标96.3倍。对263名铅作业工人进行了血铅测定,最高值达到2.49 mg/L。铅作业工人头痛、头晕、失眠、乏力、腹痛等自觉症状出现率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),血铅浓度异常率为22.86%。结论铅作业工人血铅及工作场所铅浓度超标,企业应改善工作环境、改进生产工艺,加强作业工人的健康防护。
Objective To understand the health status of lead-exposed workers in Zhangzhou City so as to provide an evidence for taking effective protective measures. Methods A total of 263 lead-exposed workers and 112 management and logistics personnel were physically examined in 3 storage battery factories and the lead concentration in the air of workplace were monitored. Results Among 43 points monitored, the lead concentration in the air exceeded the standard in 22 points. In the lead smelting workshop, the highest concentration of the smoke lead was 2.89 mg/m3, which exceeded the standard by 96.3 times. The blood lead levels of 263 lead-exposed workers were measured, and the abnormal rate of blood lead concentration was 22.86 % and the highest value reached 2.49mg/L. Headache, dizziness, insomnia, fatigue, abdominal pain and other symptoms in the lead workers were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P (0.05). Conclusions The blood lead levels of lead-exposed workers and the lead concentrations in the workplace exceed the standard; therefore, the enterprise should improve the working environment, improve production technology, and strengthen the health protection of the workers.
