武汉城市圈经济-社会-资源环境系统脆弱性研究 被引量:11

The vulnerability on system of economy-society-resource environment in Wuhan Metropolitan Region

摘要 以武汉城市圈为例,引入三角图分析方法,从经济(E)、社会(S)和资源环境(R)3个方面构建城市圈经济-社会-资源环境(ESR)系统脆弱性评价指标体系,采用熵值法确定指标权重,建立脆弱性评价模型,研究武汉城市圈ESR系统脆弱性的空间特征及分类.结果表明:1武汉城市圈ESR复合系统脆弱性水平较高,属于中高级别,且空间分异明显.2从武汉城市圈各子系统看,经济子系统武汉市一城最优,形成由低脆弱性、中等脆弱性、较高脆弱性和高脆弱性组成的4个板块;社会子系统脆弱性整体较差,黄冈市高脆弱性尤其突出;资源环境子系统脆弱性在空间上呈核心-边缘结构,敏感性和系统脆弱性相关性较高.3武汉城市圈脆弱性类型可分为资源环境子系统脆弱型、社会资源环境子系统脆弱型、经济社会子系统脆弱型、经济社会资源环境子系统均衡脆弱型、经济资源环境子系统脆弱型5种. Vulnerability theory was an important theoretical tool for the study of city vulnerability.Taking Wuhan Metropolitan Region as an example,we leaded in triangular diagram analysis method and set up economy-society-resource environment composite system evaluation models.The index weights was determined by Entropy method.What the passage studied was the vulnerability type and spatial characteristics of ESR system.Some conclusions could be drawn as follows.(1)The level of composite system vulnerability was higher and the internal differences between cities was obvious.(2)The vulnerability level of Wuhan's economic subsystem was the lowest.Wuhan Metropolitan Region could be divided into four parts:low vulnerability plate,moderate vulnerability plate,higher vulnerability plate and high vulnerability plate.The vulnerability of social subsystems was poorer and the vulnerability of Huanggang City was especially prominent.The spatial structure of resources and environment vulnerability was the core-periphery structure.(3)The vulnerability types of Wuhan Metropolitan Region could be divided into five kinds:R-type(Wuhan),SR-type(Ezhou),ER-type(Huangshi),RES-type(Xiantao,Xianning and Xiaogan City),ES-type(Qianjiang,Tianmen and Huanggang City).
