摘要
目的了解长沙市某公立医院职工满意度情况,以指导医院改进不足之处,增强医院综合竞争力。方法以长沙市某公立医院1193名医院职工为调查对象,利用第三方评估课题组设计的医院内部职工满意度调查问卷进行无记名调查。结果医院职工满意度调查问卷的Cronbach’sα系数为0.981。各维度与总体满意度的皮尔逊相关系数均在0.8以上(P<0.05),问卷结构效度较为理想(GFI=0.7852,χ2=5594.80,P<0.05)。医院职工的总体满意度为74.2%,均值为3.71,不同维度(F=6.186,P<0.001)、性别(F=11.326,P<0.001)、年龄(F=3.383,P=0.034)和职工类别(F=10.457,P<0.001)的职工满意度差异均有统计学意义。结论长沙市该公立医院的职工总体满意度不高,各部门中临床工作人员的满意度最低,各维度中绩效考核、劳资分配和工作环境条件的满意度最低。
Objective This study was to investigate employee satisfaction in a public hospital in Changsha,which will help hospitals to improve deficiencies,and enhance the overall competitiveness. Methods The Employee Satisfaction Questionnaire designed by a third-party research group was used to assess the satisfaction of 1193 staffs by secret investigation. Results The Cronbach's α coefficient of the questionnaire was 0. 981. The Pearson correlation coefficients between the overall satisfaction and each dimension were more than 0. 8( P〈0. 05). The construct validity of the questionnaire is relatively good( GFI =0. 7852,χ2= 5594. 80,P〈0. 05). The overall employee satisfaction was 74. 2 % with a mean score of 3. 71. The mean scores for the satisfaction based on each dimension including"hospital management","working environment and conditions","humane care in the hospital","interpersonal communication among departments","performance appraisal and remuneration"and"education and training of vocation"were 3. 94,3. 51,3. 58,3. 90,3. 43 and 3. 81,respectively. There were significantly statistical differences for the employee satisfaction among different dimensions( F = 6. 186,P〈0. 001),gender( F = 11. 326,P 0. 001),age( F = 3. 383,P = 0. 034) and job types( F = 10. 457,P〈0. 001). Conclusion The overall employee satisfaction in this public hospital needs to be further improved. For various departments,clinical staffs have the lowest satisfaction scores than others. For each dimension,the satisfaction scores are the lowest in these dimensions including"performance appraisal and remuneration"and"working environment and conditions".
