摘要
针对目前西安地铁2号线车辆正线运行时走行部普遍存在周期性异响问题,现场进行调查及下载数据分析确认车下异响的主要原因是由于车辆牵引系统与空气制动系统接口问题导致轮对擦伤、滚动圆超限等。根据现场实际情况制定几种整改方案,尽快解决由于两系统接口问题导致轮对擦伤,从根本上解决列车运行时走行部异响的问题。
Aiming at the widespread phenomenon of running gear's periodic abnormal noise during the normal operation for XI'an metro line 2, this paper carries out the on-site investigation and data analysis, and confirms that the root cause is mainly due to the interface problems between the vehicle traction system and the air braking system, which leads wheel abrasions and rolling circle overrun. Several schemes which can fundamentally fix up the abnormal sound has been proposed based on the actual situation.
