不同极槽配合潜油直驱永磁电机性能研究

摘要 潜油永磁同步电机由于尺寸约束往往采用分数槽绕组设计。分析了永磁电机气隙磁密分布及齿槽转矩产生机理,以四台不同极槽配合的闭口槽表贴式潜油永磁同步电机为例进行二维电磁场分析,在外形尺寸和输出性能相同的条件下,研究了不同槽数对电机气隙磁密、空载反电势、齿槽转矩、输出转矩等的影响,为潜油永磁电机的设计选型提供了理论依据,为进一步优化奠定了基础。 Fractional slot winding is usually applied in submersible permanent magnet synchronous motor (SPMSM)due to the size constraints of the oil well. The distribution of air-gap flux density and the generation mechanism of coggingtorque in PMSM were analyzed. Two-dimensional electromagnetic field analysis of four closed-slot surface-mountedSPMSM was performed, and the main objective was to investigate the influence of slot number on air-gap flux density, no-load back-EMF, cogging torque and output torque with the same envelop dimensions and output requirements. This pro-vides the theory basis for the SPMSM design and selection, and foundation for further optimization.
