摘要
目的本研究针对多细胞免疫治疗的患者,制定心理护理对策,并对其效果进行评价。方法本研究期间,按照患者入院的住院号进行随机分组,分成传统护理组(A组)和心理护理组(B组)。心理护理组在传统护理方法中加入了心理护理的对策,对比两组患者的满意度以及不良反应发生率和坚持治疗的情况,分析心理护理对策的应用效果。结果心理护理组患者不良反应的发生率明显降低(χ2=4.184,P<0.05),研究期间内的患者接受治疗疗程时间相对增加(t=-5.503,P<0.01),患者对于治疗的满意度比传统的护理组明显提高(χ2=5.767,P<0.05)。结论对多细胞免疫治疗恶性肿瘤患者进行心理护理,能够有效的提高患者的满意度,减少不良反应的发生,使患者能够坚持治疗,对于多细胞免疫治疗恶性肿瘤的实施有推动作用。
Objective To explore nursing and its effect on patients with cancer who were treated by multicellular immunotherapy . Methods Patients were randomly divided into traditional nursing group （group A）and psychological nursing group （group B）.Compared to the traditional nursing group ,patients in psychological nursing group were given extra psychological care .Patients＇satisfaction,incidence rates of adverse reactions and adherence to treatment in the two groups were analyzed .,Results There were no significant differences between genders （χ2 =0.099,P〉0.05）.For patients with psychological nursing group ,the incidence of adverse reactions in patients significantly decreased（χ2 =4.184,P〈0.05）,the period of treatment relatively increased （t=-5.503,P〈0.01）,patients＇satisfaction significantly increased compared with the traditional nursing group （χ2 =5.767,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Psychological nursing can effectively improve the satisfaction of the patients with malignant cancer who are treated with multicellular immunotherapy and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions ,enable them to adhere and promote to the treatment.
