摘要
目的探索班级团体辅导对提升大学生人际关系的作用和效果。方法将68名大学生作为被试(其中31名学生作为实验组,37名学生作为对照组),对实验组进行为期1个月的班级团体辅导。采用信任量表和容纳他人量表对实验组和对照组的学生进行前测和后测调查,对实施班级团体辅导后实验组和对照组的后测成绩进行协方差分析。结果实施班级团体辅导后,除依靠性外,大学生的各项得分均有改善,在可预测性(F=5.123,P<0.05)、依赖(F=11.574,P<0.001)、信任总分(F=7.967,P<0.01)、容纳他人(F=5.435,P<0.05)方面都表现出显著差异。结论班级团体辅导能提升大学生的人际信任和容纳他人水平,对人际关系有促进作用。
Objective To explore the effect of class group counseling on the interpersonal communication of college students .Methods 68 college students were divided into two group (experimental group 31 students,control group 37 students),the students of experimental group participated class group counseling for one month .The two group students were pre -tested and post-tested by Trust Scale and Acceptance of Others Scale .Analysis of covariance performed on post -test scores of experimental group and control group .Results After class group counseling , every scores of the scale was improved except the dependency .The differences between experimental group and control group were significant in predictability (F=5.123,P〈0.05),confide(F=11.574,P〈0.001),total scores of trust(F=7.967,P〈0.01),acceptance of others(F=5.435,P〈0.05).Conclusion Class group counseling can improve the interpersonal trust and acceptance of others for college students which will promote interpersonal communication .
