摘要
公共责任意识即公民在参与公共领域生活时所具有的一种责任意识和行为。它体现了个体在公共生活中对公共利益负责任的一种态度和行为。大学生作为社会中的特殊群体,他们公共责任意识培育无论对于自身健康全面发展,还是对于国家和社会的和谐稳定都具有极其重要的意义。文章通过对280名大学生公共责任意识现状的实证分析,指出了大学生公共责任意识方面存在的不足以及这些不足产生的原因,并通过构建政府、学校、家庭、个人四位一体的培育体系,为大学生公共责任意识的培育营造良好的社会环境和舆论氛围,从而实现政府、学校、家庭、个人互为补充的培育之路。
Public responsibility consciousness is the consciousness and behavior when the citizens participate in public life. It embodies the attitude and behavior that the individual shows to the public. As a special group of society, cultivating the college students＇ public responsibility consciousness has great significance both for their all-round development in a health way, and the harmony and stability of national social. Through empirical analysis to 280 college students on their current situation of public responsibility consciousness, this paper points out the weakness and the causes of these deficiencies of their public responsibility consciousness, and set up the government, school, family, and individual as four integrated cultivation system, thereby creating a good social environment and public opinion atmosphere for forming their public responsibility consciousness, so as to achieve the purpose of government, school, family and individual to cultivate as complement each other.
