摘要
某煤制烯烃项目循环水系统在生产运行过程中,由于化工装置甲醇物料介质泄漏至循环水系统中,循环水系统出现大量白色泡沫,浊度、CODcr、异养菌、总铁、生物粘泥量等水质指标超标,导致循环水水质迅速恶化。本文针对甲醇泄漏对循环水系统的影响进行剖析,采用投用非氧化杀菌剂、排水置换和加强监控等方法进行应急处理,保证了循环水系统的平稳运行。
The reason for the leakage of heat exchanger, methanol is leaked from water cooler into circulat?ing water. The circulating water quality deterioration and increased turbidity, CODcr, heterotrophic bacterium,inorganic iron and slime content resulted from the generation of large quantity of white foam after methanolis leaked from water cooler into circulating water. In this paper, the effect of circulating water system wereanalyzed according to the leakage of methanol. To ensure the smooth operation of circulating water system,they used various methods. For example addition of non- oxidizing bactericide, drainage replacement andstrengthen surveillance.
