摘要 鸡蛋是人们餐桌上最普遍的食品之一,如何提高蛋品质,一直是广大畜牧从业者最为关心的问题,特别是随着近年来生活质量的提高,人们追求安全、绿色、健康的食品。本文第一部分详细讲述了影响蛋品质的主要因素,如品种、遗传、日龄、饲养方式、营养、疾病和饲养管理等,分析如何提高蛋品质;第二部分提出了现在市场上关注的植物提取物系列饲料添加剂,它们以绿色、无残留、安全高效等优点已成为市场上的热门产品,通过介绍苜草素、藤茶黄酮等植物提取物对蛋品质的影响,希望能让广大畜牧从业者对此类绿色饲料添加剂增进了解,进而在生产中更好地应用。 Egg is one of the most common food on the table, how to improve the egg quality, has been the most concerned problem for the majority of animal practitioners, especially with the improvement of living standard in recent years, people's pursuit of safe, green and healthy egg. In the first part of this paper describes the main factors affecting the quality of eggs, such as varieties, genetic, age, feeding, nutrition, disease and breeding management, analysis of how to improve the quality of eggs; the second part introduces plant extracts additives, we add them because they are green, no residue, safe and efficient. They have become hot products on the market, by the effect of Polysavone, Ampelopsis grossedentata flavonoids and other plant extracts on egg quality, hope to let the animal practitioners to understand the kind of green feed additive, and better application in production.
