摘要
在蜜柚整个产业链中,从生产管理到采收的整个过程需要持续劳作1年的时间,但该过程所积累的产值仅为产业总产值的50%,其余的50%左右的产值在采后商品化处理和营销中仅需短短的1个月便可实现。采后果品品质保持及腐烂率控制与产品采收前自身的生理状况、采收精细程度、防腐保鲜处理措施、商品化处理生产线的选型、生产环境的卫生条件、技术人员的专业水平等因素均有关。
It takes one year to finish a whole procedure from production management to harvest in pomelo industry chain.However, the output value of this procedure is 50% of total industry output value. The other 50 % output value need only one month including commercial treatment after harvest and marketing. High quality of post-harvest treatment and low rotting rate was related to physiological staus before harvest,harvest precision, antisepsis processing measures, fruit selection by product line types of commercial treatment, sanitary condition of fruit production environment and personnel ability of technicists.
