HPLC-UV-ELSD联用常温分析检测六味地黄丸成分

摘要 通过串联色谱柱的操作方式以增加柱效,采用紫外检测器(UV)联用蒸发光散射检测器(ELSD)的检测方式以提高可识别的峰数目,构建了分离效率高、峰容量大及可采用高黏度溶剂为流动相的HPLC系统。采用常温操作,对六味地黄丸的有效成分进行了分析。 The method of columns in series was used to increase column efficiency. Ultraviolet absorption de- tector (UV) and evaporative light scattering detector (ELSD) were connected to increase the capacity of peaks. A HPLC system of high efficiency, large peak capacity and in which high viscosity eluant can be used was established. The effective components of Liuwei Dihuang Wan were analyzed at ambient temperature.
