摘要
阐述了平面转弯带式输送机设计所采取的三个主要措施,包括基本措施、附加措施和应急措施,并根据带式输送机的自然变向转弯的力学条件对曲线段胶带进行了受力分析计算,介绍了转弯段托辊结构的设计。研究结果表明:带式输送机设计要符合转弯结构条件、力学平衡条件和最大转弯半径条件,并根据实际情况改进了托辊的结构形式。
This paper introduces the three main measures taken to design belt conveyor with horizontal curves, including the basic measures, the additional measures and the emergency measures. According to belt conveyor' s mechanical condition in natural horizontal curves, the paper analyses and calculates the mechanical force of the curve segment belt, introduces the design of the structure of idler set. The result demonstrates that the design of belt conveyor must satisfy such conditions as turning structure, mechanical equilibrium and maximum turning radius, and improves the structure of idler set according to actual situation.
