摘要
在分析振动输送机结构特点的基础上,提出了基于多体系统动力学的虚拟样机建模方法。利用Pro/E、ADAMS两种平台联合建立振动输送机的动力学模型,针对模型进行仿真分析。根据仿真分析的结果得出,振动输送机在X、Y方向有振动,在Z方向没有振动,得到振幅的精确数值,振槽频率与运行速度的关系;分析了负载对输送机输送能力的影响。
Dynamic modeling method for vibrating conveyer was presented based on multi-body system dynamics according to the analysis of mechanism feature. Dynamic model was established by means of Adams and Pro/E. Dynamic simulation has been done. Simulation analysis proved that there was vibration in the X,Y directions,there was no vibration in the Z direction for vibrating conveyer. The precise value of the amplitude and the relationship between frequency and running speed was obtained. The effect of load on transmission capacity was analyzed based on dynamics simulation.
