摘要
义齿三维模型建立是基于逆向工程的牙科计算机辅助设计和制造的一个重要环节,其三维数据获取的精度是后期设计制作的关键;针对获取高精度义齿三维数据,探讨了一种基于双目视觉和时间相位投影的义齿模型三维测量系统,采用投影负指数序列的多频外差相位光栅,辅助获取高精度三维点云数据;拼接过程中再将三维数据反投影,结合多视几何约束下物点唯一性原理实现对重叠点云自动删除;真实实验证明:该系统可以获得义齿三维模型的高精度点云数据,测量标准偏差为0.03 mm。
establishing the three-dimensional model of denture is an important link which is based on re- verse engineering of dental computer aided design and manufacturing, and its accuracy of 3 d data acquisi- tion is the key of late design and production. For obtaining high precision denture 3 d data, the denture model 3 d measurement system based on binocular vision and time phase projection was been discussed out. Multifrequency heterodyne phase grating projection negative exponential sequence was used to obtain auxiliary high-precision three-dimensional point cloud data. The overlapping point cloud was been deleted by three-dimensional data back-projection combined with depending on the geometric constraints content more uniqueness principle. The real experiments show that the system can obtain High precision point cloud data of three-dimensional model of denture which the standard deviation of measurement is 0.03mm.
