摘要
该文针对非物质文化遗产博物馆旅游开发的实际问题,在旅游体验理论基础上构建非物质文化遗产博物馆旅游体验质量分析体系,以南京云锦博物馆为例,开展旅游体验质量实证分析。因子分析结果表明,旅游活动组织、服务水平、休憩环境、可达性,是影响云锦博物馆旅游体验质量的主要因素;重要性—绩效分析(简称IPA)表明,织锦文化、购物环境、商品质量等为游客认可,应继续保持,而活动项目安排、线路设计及服务水平则有待提升。非物质文化遗产博物馆应打破传统博物馆开发模式和运营模式,适应市场需求,将博物馆开发建设成为以文化为核心,具备休闲、娱乐、参与、体验等现代旅游功能和多元赢利的综合性旅游目的地。
Studies of the tourist experience are beneficial for further exploiting and realizing the value and function of the intangible cultural heritage museum. Based on the theory of travel experience,a system for the evaluation of visitors' experience quality in intangible cultural heritage museum was constructed. As a case study,the quality of tourist's experience in Nanjing Brocade Museum was carried out. Results indicate that visiting activity organization,involved in shopping environment,merchandise quality,varieties of merchandise,price,and activity,visiting route arrangement,have important implications to the quality of tourist experience. High price and relatively simple form of visiting activity are limiting factors to the quality of tourists' experience. Some strategies are put forward about the management of the quality of travel experience.
