摘要
分别从组织员工边缘化的定义、特征、类型、成因、影响,边缘员工困境、防治、实证等8个方面总结了目前学者们对组织员工边缘化的研究现状。在此基础上,指出组织员工边缘化的研究还应在员工边缘化的管理理论基础、员工边缘化的判断标准与量表开发、组织员工群体边缘化、边缘化员工的利益诉求与维护、不同层级的员工边缘化以及组织员工边缘化的动态管理体系的构建等6个方面加强研究。最后阐述了加强组织员工边缘化管理研究的现实意义。
The paper summarizes the current researches on the marginalization of employee in organization from such eight aspects as the definition,characteristics,types,causes,influences,troubles of marginal worker, measures and empirical study.Based on the above,it points out that the research should be furthered in such six aspects as management theoretical basis,j udgment standard and scale development,marginalization of group, marginal worker’s interests and maintenance,different levels of marginalization and dynamic management system construction of the marginalization of employee in organization.Finally,it expounds the practical significance to further the research on the marginalization of employee in organization.
