摘要
以专利制度的基础理论为起点,从"桶底"、"长短木条"、"短木条"以及"桶箍"四个角度系统论述专利权经济价值分析中"木桶理论"的理论框架,分析影响专利权经济价值的各要素,为构建专利权经济价值分析范式奠定理论基础。
This article discusses the theoretical framework of Barrel Theory in the analysis of the economic value of patent right from the perspective of the Bottom Base, the Batten Length, the Short Batten and the Truss Hoop, based on the fundamental theory of patent system, and analyzes the influential factors of economic value of patent right, which establishes the theoretical foundation of analysis paradigm of economic value of patent right.
