摘要
随着中国迈向更高阶段的经济甚至物质性崛起,中国迫切需要建构有中国特色的国际道德价值观体系,当然这也是顺应当代世界历史潮流内在要求的应有努力。建构有中国特色的国际道德价值观体系的核心目标是建立利益—责任—命运"三位一体"的共同体,总体上应大致遵循以下路径:首先通过继续坚持和平共处建构利益共同体,进而大力倡导和平共生建构责任共同体,最终实现以和谐共生建构命运共同体的长期愿景。这不仅符合国际关系理论中国际安全文化从霍布斯式向洛克式直至康德式发展的一般逻辑,也符合自威斯特伐利亚体系以来的国际关系发展史和自1949年以来的中国对外关系史的总体规律。而通过继承、升级和创新实现中国特色的国际道德价值体系与既有国际道德价值体系的和平共处、和平共生直至和谐共生,将是推动中国与世界由利益共同体向责任共同体和命运共同体迈进的必然方式,确保中国的和平发展和中华民族的伟大复兴。
Stepping into higher level of economic or even physical rising, China now needs urgently to build an international moral value system with Chinese characteristics that is also the natural calls of the current world historical trends. The core goal of such an international moral value system is to build an interest-responsibility-destiny ＂trinity＂ community, following a 3 steps approach, firstly to build an interest community through peaceful coexistence, then to build a responsibility community through peaceful symbiosis, and to realize the long-term vision of destiny community through harmonious symbiosis. Such a roadmap is logical result not only of the general requirement of international theory but also of the general rules of both history of international relations and China＇s foreign relations. It＇s of same importance to facilitate China and international community to step from interest community to responsibility community and finally to destiny community, through realizing the harmonious symbiosis between Chinese and current dominant international moral value systems by inherence, update and innovation means, for ensuring the peaceful development of China and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese people.
