摘要
近年来,我国高等教育事业得到迅猛发展,民族地区高校的办学环境也发生了巨大变化,但其财务管理工作在学校的蓬勃发展中凸显出较多问题。本文以新《高等学校财务制度》的颁布实施为契机,探讨民族地区高校财务管理工作的现状及存在的问题,结合新制度中对财务管理工作的任务和要求,提出民族地区高校财务管理的优化对策。
In recent years, with the rapid development of higher education in China, school running conditions for universities in ethnic regions have been greatly improved. However, there are many problems in financial management. This paper, taking the promulgation and implementation of the new Financial Regulations for Universities as an opportunity, discusses the present situation and existing problems in financial management of theses universities, and puts forward optimization strategies of financial management according to the tasks and requirements of financial management stipulated in the new regulations.
