摘要
顾客对产品满意与否是企业经营者十分关注的问题,结构方程模型常被用来量化顾客满意程度以及影响满意程度的因素。设计和开发了基于结构方程模型的产品满意度评价系统,有效地实现了数据收集、数据处理和数据分析的功能,满足了企业测量顾客对产品满意度的需求。能够更好地提升企业的产品质量、服务质量和企业形象等各个方面,为企业的产品创新作出一定贡献。
Whether customers are satisfied with products is a big issue that business operators concern. Structural equation model is often used to quantize customer satisfaction and the factors that influence the satisfaction. A system based on structural equation model is designed in this paper. It provides the functions of data collecting, data processing and data analysis, which meet the demand of corporations to measure customer satisfaction of products. It can be used to improve the quality of products, service and corporate image, which may make a certain contribution to the products innovation of corporations.
