摘要
在有机农产品需求不断扩大的背景下,文中从公司有机生产发展情况、市场需求、生态价值链管理优化三方面进行探讨。首先介绍了唐山秋利米业公司的概况及其有机生产的情况,然后对唐山秋利米业公司的市场需求进行分析,并分析其对当地农民的吸引力,再针对其价值链管理生态、经济方面存在的问题和不足,提出其具体的优化方向,并根据有机农业的季节性特征,用系统动态模型对劳动力转移进行优化,大大节省劳动力成本,以对其本身和国内同类有机企业给出建设性的建议。
With the growing demand for organic produce ,the paper generally discusses from three aspects：the development of organic production of the company ,market demand and the optimization for the ecological value chain management .It firstly introduces the basic information of the Tangshan Qiuli Rice Processing Company , then analyses the market demand of the company and its attractiveness to local farmers ,then raises specific directions for optimization for the problems and shortcomings existed in ecological and economic aspects of the value chain management .And according to the seasonal characteristics of organic agriculture ,it optimizes labor transfer system with a dynamic model ,saving a lot of labor costs ,so as to give constructive suggestions on its own and similar domestic organic enterprises .
