摘要
采用俄SE-5.01振动式电火花表面沉积机在炮钢表面电火花沉积NiCrAlY涂层,研究了沉积层的厚度和工艺参数的关系。结果表明,合理的选择电火花脉冲能量能够控制强化层厚度,提高强化层的表面质量;同时,NiCrAlY沉积层的厚度受比沉积时间影响较小,可以作为已磨损和腐蚀构件的修复电极。
A Cr electrode was deposited on gun steel by utilizing the vibrating-type electrospark deposition equipment SE-5.01 imported from Russia. The relationship between the depth of the deposited coating and the processing parameters was investigated. The results show that the choice of the appropriate pulse energy could control the depth and increase the quality, of the deposited coating. At the same time, the deposition time per unit area has less influence on the depth of the deposition coating and could be a repair electrode of the worn and corroded component.
