摘要
针对化学实践教学专业分得太细、验证性实验较多、不同院校培养目标差异较大等缺陷,引入香港"资历架构"教育理念,邀请化工行业专家、管理和从业人员以及不同院校化学实践教学人员以化工行业的实际需求为培养目标,参考行业通用指标,结合高校和行业的自身特点制定每个专业不同级别的能力要求和标准。教师和学生自行确定教学目标和级别,以能力为导向,整合各种教学资源,培养切合行业实际需求的创新型人才。
Aiming at the defects of chemistry practical teaching for specialization too fine, validation experiments too many, training objectives more differences between different institutions and so on, Hong Kong "qualifications framework" education philosophy was introduced to meet the actual needs of different chemical industry for the training objectives. Referenced to professional common standard for universities and industry to its own characteristics, we would like to invite chemistry and chemical in- dustry experts, management and practice of practitioners and academic staff from different institutions to develop different levels of capacity requirements and standards for every chemical specialized major, which teachers and students can determine their teaching objectives and level of competency-oriented, integrate a variety of educational resources and train to meet the actual needs of the industry's creative talents.
