摘要
本文从高等教育普及化的大背景下浙江自学考试的规模变化入手,通过分析这种变化产生的内在及外部原因,提出在新时代背景下自学考试创新的思路和原则,在如何构建学习型社会和终身教育体系中充分发挥自学考试功能、激发体制机制的活力等方面展开论述,并就自学考试综合改革在提升质量、深化内涵、创新组织管理、建设学分银行、强化顶层设计等方面提出了建设性的意见。
Basing on the great changes in the scale of the participants of Self-taught Examinationsin Zhejiang Province under the background of the higher education popularization,through the analysis of the internal and external causes,the author puts forward the new ideas and principles of the Self-taught Examinations innovation under the new ages and considers how to give full play to the function of Self-taught Examinationin inspiring the vigor of the system and mechanism in building a learning society in the lifelong education system by the Self-taught Examination comprehensive reform. Constructive Suggestions are put forwardin the article such as promoting quality,deepening the connotation,the top designation,building credits banks,strengthening the organization and giving back the power to the subordinate organizations in managing the exams etc.
